Real estate is an interesting business…. ever changing and a bit unpredictable at times. (After all, who could forget the last few years) ~ Part of what makes a good real estate professional is not only that they are up to date on their required educational requirements, but they are also aware of the economic climate as a whole.

As most folks know real estate is one of the biggest investments one can make in their lifetime. It’s where you live, many times raise a family, and ultimately part of ones retirement goals. This is where Remax Platinum truly shines! As co-founder of the Southern Oregon Business Conference I was thrilled when my personal goals aligned perfectly with those of David Wright and the entire Remax Platinum team. We really do see “Real Estate from a Different Perspective!”

One of the main themes at the Rogue Valley Business Conference is that while we are on the right track we still have a way to go. And whether it was from Craig Johnson CEO of Harry and David, or Mark Rudolph CFO of Amy’s Kitchens, or Russ Ullinger – of Foote Consulting Group ~specializing in site selection for the relocation of large companies, all agree the power of the Internet is only getting stronger… much stronger!

While it’s impossible to condense the entire days conference into a brief paragraph … just know that the Rogue Valley is on the map, but to keep up we have to do an even better job of promoting our valley. Which I have no doubt will happen at an even greater pace with the talent our valley is amassing. The “good news” is this circles back to real estate. Companies looking at doing business here need housing for their employees. Retirees coming to our area need housing and all of us who have called the Rogue Valley home for many years need homes for our families etc. Inventory needs to grow… now is a perfect time to sell your home or investment properties.
